If you chose to join one of our higher-level training programs which includes personal coaching and mentoring, we may collect sensitive personal information about your physical or mental health, family arrangements and financial circumstances to assess your capacity to participate fully in that program. If you are not successful in your application to join that program, we will securely destroy that information. If you are successful in your application and join the program, we will retain that information for the purpose of supporting you throughout the program. We do not share that information with third parties at all.
We use your personal information to provide you with our services and to tailor your experience of our products and services specifically for you.

- To administer and manage our products and services
- To promote and market our products and services
- To provide information on new products and services and about upcoming events

We may make the contact details of members available to other related reputable organisations.
You agree we may retain your personal information for 7 years for our own compliance purposes, although we are under no obligation to do so. We may securely destroy or deidentify your information at any time after you have stopped using our services.
We don’t give away or sell your personal information. We will disclose your personal information if we are legally compelled to. Your personal information has been collected by a business and if that business is ever sold in the future, your personal information may be passed to the new owner.
We might use another provider to deliver our products or services to you. If they need your personal information to complete that delivery we will require them to use your information only for that purpose and then destroy it.
Links and Public Forums
We have no control over the information accessed through links from our site. You use links at your own risk.
If you post your personal information in a membership blog or public forum, we have no control over how it is used and no responsibility to protect it for you.
Consumer Promotions and Market Research
We will use the personal information you supply to us when taking part in our promotions for the purposes of facilitating the operation of the consumer promotion.

Your personal data will necessarily be transferred to overseas locations due to third party providers we use within our business (for example, cloud storage or similar services).

You may request copies of the information we hold about you, which will only be provided electronically. You have the ability to make a request to amend or correct that information. If we do not agree with your requested change, we will keep a copy of your request with our information.
